Multi gages are measurement devices that can measure multiple dimensional and geometric parameters in a very short time with the use of laser measurement sensors or LVDTs. Such devices are a very suitable replacement for expensive equipment such as CMM in production lines and reduce the inspection and measurement costs dramatically.

We have designed and fabricated a mechatronics platform and programmed special software for signal processing and analyzing sensors data to report demanded parameters. By evaluating each client requirements, suitable mechanical components such as fixtures and spindles are designed and manufactured and the platform and its software is customized to meet requirements.
